Meet Bernie Frazier

​I’m Bernie Frazier, the Founder and President of CAREERCompass, LLC. For over 30 years, I’ve recruited talent, coached professionals, and spoken to audiences from individual contributors to C-Suite executives from around the globe. In my work, there’s one thing I’ve seen over and over again – too many people have more greatness in them than they realize or have had the courage to unleash. Yes, even many of the executives I’ve coached have struggled (damn you imposter syndrome!).

In 2018, I wrote my highly acclaimed book, Your Success is in YOU!: Empowering and Equipping You to Create Your Best Career Ever!, to help people overcome barriers to greater success. Whether in career, business, or life, I believe we all have the power to fulfill our destinies. It’s in us from birth. Sometimes, it just takes someone else to help us locate it and bring it out.

That’s where I come in.

I know what it’s like to struggle within yourself even though you know you have so much more to offer. I know what it’s like to have self-defeating thoughts and shrink back from who you really are. Trust me, I know! For years, I worked to find my place because all of the places I had been just. didn’t. fit. But, when you find your place, there’s no other place in the world quite like it. It’s not even something you can accurately describe to people who haven’t found theirs.

Pursuing a path that’s genuine for you takes courage, discipline, and a will that refuses to give up. But, let me tell you, it’s so worth the trip! You cannot replace the joy and peace of mind that comes from it.

Today, my mission is to help you overcome the barriers that are holding you back from your greatest success, even if your biggest barrier is you. And, that’s exactly what I’m doing. Let me join you on your journey to help you navigate the murky waters so you too can achieve your goals.
