Don’t Believe (All of) the Hype

While the latest unemployment figures for the U.S. remain bleak overall, the fact that there’s been a drop to 8.6% overall unemployment in the past couple of months is a good sign.  However, 8.6% unemployment still means that almost 13,000,000 U.S. adults are not employed. 

But, wait!  There’s a silver lining….for some. 

If you have at least a bachelor’s degree, the numbers are much better.  According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ (BLS) November report, the unemployment rate for workers with at least a bachelor’s degree is only 4.4% – yes, just 4.4%!! 

So, if this is you, there’s a good chance that employment is coming your way soon.  If you read back through my earlier blog posts and apply what you read, 2012 employment should be yours!
