While millions of Americans are still searching for full or any meaningful employment, there are indeed many people finding decent jobs out here.  While the news overall could be better, at least there’s been some progress. 

For those of you still on the hunt and others who are nearing the end of your job search, you know that new jobs have the potential of bringing more – salary, vacation, company-funded conferences and training, sign-on bonuses, relocation, etc.  Here comes the challenge ….
